Estimate: Estimated fees are for copywriting only. The specified price is an estimated cost based on the initial specifications given by the client. Any changes made by the client to the scope of this project following its initiation by the writer are subject to additional charges.

Expiration of Estimate: Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.

Rush Assignments: Rush jobs will be billed at a 20% premium.

Deposit: For new clients, as well as for any job estimated at $600 and over, we require a deposit of one half of the estimated fee before we begin to write.

Invoicing: An invoice will be issued for each project upon final approval by the client. All projects will be considered to have received final approval if we do not receive a request for revisions within 7 (seven) days of submitting a completed draft.

Cancellation: Upon written or verbal cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred and any work done, based on the percentage of the project completed. Should the client cancel the project following its completion, the client is responsible for full payment as per the project estimate, plus all other expenses incurred.

Payment: Payment is due net 14 days from the invoice date. Unless otherwise specified in writing, invoices not paid within 30 days of invoice will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
